Consumer liability for decreased value of goods

You are liable for any decreased value of goods resulting from the handling of goods, except for handling needed to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. We request customers to pay attention to the packaging which is an integral part of the product. It is not permitted to glue or draw or in any other way destroy the packaging (e.g. shoe boxes, packaging boxes).

The percentage of the decreased amount of the refund given the state of the original packaging of the returned product:

  • Undamaged packaging: 0%
  • Damaged packaging: 20%
  • Without the original packaging: 30%

The percentage of the decreased amount of the refund given the state of the returned product:

  • Original product packaged: 0%
  • The product has not been used, but the functionality has been tested: 0%
  • Product used: 100%
