Refunds

If you want to return an item that you have purchased through our website, return it through the Return receipt that came in the package along with the Invoice and send an email to povrat@galileomen.com The clothing must be in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, with internal labels and in its original packaging) and with the appropriate confirmation of your purchase. You cannot replace or return underwear garments, clothes for swimming, socks and perfumes. Refunds of the goods purchased in Galileo are always free, and the deadline for return is 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds must always be performed in the same country in which the purchase was performed.

Refund to your home address

You can request a refund to your home address by sending an email to the email address povrat@galileomen.com After examining the data, we will send a courier to take over your package. Below are the steps you should follow:

  • Find the Return receipt form that we sent with the order, and with an X in the checkbox select the article/s you want to return.
  • As shown in the Instructions for the return of goods that we sent with the order, pack the item(s) in the original packaging and together with the Invoice and Return receipt, place them in a box and close it.
  • Hand over the closed box to the courier at the address that you specified.
  • Within the legal deadline we will perform the refund in the same way that you made the payment when purchasing.
  • Please pay attention when sending the information because the buyer is responsible for the accuracy of entered data.
  • After we approve the refund and after your bank implements it (estimated time depends on the bank) you will receive a confirmation email informing you that you will receive the appropriate amount to your account. In case if you get a disproportionate amount as your refund, please send an email to povrat@galileomen.com We will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Galileo has the right to refuse returns that have been received or sent outside of the defined deadline as well as clothing that is not in the same condition as received.

Replacements

Replacement of goods if you want another item or size.

Replacements are done by returning the inappropriate item(s) according to the same procedures as if you were carrying out a return. This means that it is necessary to fill in the Delivery report form that we sent with the order, and with an X in the checkbox, select the item(s) that you want to return together with the invoice and item(s) that are unused, unwashed, with internal labels and packaged in original packaging. After we receive the item/s that you have returned, we will carry out the refund payment. (more details in the Refund to your home address part).

Make a new order for the new desired item(s).

For any purchases less than 99,00 €, delivery will be charged in the amount of 10,00 €.
 

 

Product with error

In the exceptional case that you receive an item with an error, please send an email to povrat@galileomen.com We will resolve the problem as soon as possible.
