Quick and reliable delivery

 

GALILEO carries out the delivery of products and services on the territory of the European Union.

Terms of delivery

 

Delivery is carried out from door to door, or more precisely, to the address of the recipient. Delivery is done through carrier companies which perform transport services.

Delivery is free for all orders over 99.00 €. For ordered goods in amounts less than 99.00 €, delivery is charged at a fixed rate 10.00 €.

The delivery service delivers the products within 5 to 7 working days from taking over the consignment in the warehouse.

NOTE: Exceptions are the Islands and places that do not support daily deliveries and where delivery is possible according to a delivery schedule.

Shipments to the Islands that are not on a specified schedule will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days.

The products will be packed in such a way that they cannot be damaged by the usual handling during transport. The customer is obliged to check the product for eventual damage when taking it over and immediately notify the delivery worker who delivered the goods. The customer is required to sign the delivery note when taking over the goods and the delivery service takes it as confirmation of the takeover.

Delivery by GLS

Package information via e-mail or sms

GLS informs you about the delivery of the package via e-mail or SMS, and gives you the opportunity to choose between several options related to delivery:

  • You get shipment information even before the transport starts
  • You are notified in advance of the expected delivery time
  • You do not have to register to log in
  • You have several delivery options to choose from
  • Delivery options are available to you via a link from an SMS or email  

Delivery notifications

Notice No. 1 - goods ready for shipment - When the goods are ready for shipment, if you know that no one will be at the delivery address to pick up the package that day, you will be able to request another delivery day. The email link will take you directly to GLS Delivery Manager where you can choose the following:

  • Delivery to the same address but another day
  • Delivery to another address
  • Leaving the package in a pre-agreed place without a signature
  • Personal collection at GLS regional warehouse
  • Refusal to download

Notice No. 2 - when the goods are on the way - When the courier scans the delivery package, the three-hour time frame of the expected delivery can be found out. You will then be sent another email or sms stating the expected delivery time.

Notice No. 3 - takes you to the menu of possible delivery options - If the first attempt to deliver the goods is not successful, you will receive a message via email or SMS that will again contain a link to GLS Delivery Manager where you will give instructions related to the second delivery attempt.

Tracking orders

You can track the status of your order by clicking on the link https://gls-group.eu/GROUP/en/parcel-tracking to check the current status of your order and the number of the package if the same was submitted for delivery. After the delivery service takes over the package, in addition to the order there is a link with a tracking code that leads you to the page of the delivery service where you can see the exact status of your package and scheduled delivery time as well as the necessary contact information of the delivery person.

On the day of delivery, the delivery service will send you an SMS message to the mobile phone number that you left in your order, which will inform you that the delivery will be on that day and send you the package number for the specified delivery.
